Execute product development, analyze customer feedback, support marketing initiatives, and collaborate on customer support in a remote freelance role. | Requires knitting and crochet skills, e-commerce experience, extreme attention to detail, tech-savviness, adaptability, ownership, and openness to feedback. | At Foxelli Group, we're not just leading the digital marketplace - we're redefining it. With 10 years of experience and a portfolio of thriving direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands generating over $20 million USD annually, we’re pushing boundaries to achieve our next growth milestone. That’s why we’re on the hunt for a Brand Manager Assistant who’s ready to make a real impact—and who can speak the language of our customers because you actually knit and crochet yourself. THE ROLE We’re looking for a Brand Manager Assistant who thrives on precision, takes full ownership of their work, and is eager to improve. If you’re highly detail-oriented and organized, love creative projects, and can bring hands-on fiber-craft knowledge to the table, this role is for you. This is a hands-on role, not a strategic leadership position—you’ll be deeply involved in executing projects, ensuring accuracy, and continuously improving based on customer feedback. RESPONSIBILITIES Product development & improvement – Analyze customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and refine existing ones. Coordinate with external creators and internal teams to develop high-quality projects, ensuring clear instructions, polished content, and an ever-better crafting experience. Customer feedback analysis – Identify trends in feedback and develop action plans to implement improvements. Market research & innovation – Keep a pulse on industry trends, generate fresh ideas, and spot opportunities to enhance our offerings. Customer support collaboration – Assist with product-related inquiries and engage with online brand communities. Marketing support – Help execute marketing initiatives, source creative content, and contribute to product storytelling. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Knitting & crochet proficiency – You can read patterns, understand stitches, and talk shop with creators and customers. E-commerce experience – Prior exposure to e-commerce, product development, or Brand Management. Extreme attention to detail – You catch the smallest errors and inconsistencies. Precision is your superpower. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms, project management tools, and data analysis tools (e.g., Asana, Google Sheets, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.). Adaptability & Resilience – You thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects at once, and adjust to shifting priorities without losing focus. Ownership & independence – You take full responsibility for tasks, follow through without being pushed, and ensure things get done Open to feedback & continuous improvement – You welcome constructive criticism and use it to get better. THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS Introductory Call with Ribbon AI (15–20 min) An opportunity to learn more about each other, discuss your background, the role, and our company culture. Meet the team - Call (30-45 Min) A conversation with the Hiring Manager and HR to explore your expertise, alignment with the role’s vision, and answer any questions you may have. Role-Related Task A short assignment designed to reflect real aspects of the position and highlight your approach to problem-solving. Reference Check Conducted as a final step to confirm previous experience and ensure a strong mutual fit. Decision & Feedback We’ll provide timely and transparent feedback, regardless of the outcome. FIXED SERVICE FEE €700 - €1000 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience. ❕Please note that this role is based on a freelance agreement. PERKS & BENEFITS Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check. A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously. Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested. A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like. Strong company culture and a network of unique individuals that celebrate you. Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting for your control of a working day, powered by Hubstaff for transparency and fairness. ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS ❕This role is 100% remote. At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3.
