Find out more at www.foundationai.com Job Summary Foundation AI is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives by managing timelines, coordinating external partners, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns, content, email marketing, social media campaigns, and sales enablement materials. This role will be cross-functional with marketing event management, sales operations, sales team members, customer experience/success, and FAI leadership. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B legal technology and familiarity with the plaintiff attorney market, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, partner-driven environment. This is not a traditional “content creator” role — it is a project-management-driven marketing role responsible for coordinating and managing external partners (content writers, designers, agencies, video teams, etc.), managing timelines, and ensuring all marketing deliverables align with brand strategy, sales goals, and product priorities. Key Responsibilities Marketing Project Management Manage marketing projects from concept through completion, including timelines, deliverables, and approvals. Ensure marketing work is completed on time and aligns with brand, business goals, and timelines of events and sales-generating activities. Vendor & Partner Coordination Manage external agencies and freelancers responsible for content, design, video, and other strategic partnerships. Coordinate revisions, approvals, and final delivery of materials with internal and external stakeholders. Campaign & Content Execution Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, website, events) Coordinate campaign timing with product launches, events, and sales initiatives Ensure messaging consistency across all marketing assets. This is critical, especially when working with various partners/vendors. Along with sales operations, measure marketing campaign effectiveness. Sales Enablement Support Partner with sales to develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and support materials. Update materials to reflect product updates, new messaging, new and existing partnerships, and customer needs. Ensure sales teams, marketing peers, and other key personnel have access to current and accurate assets. Key Responsibilities Product Vision: Define, develop, and communicate the product vision, aligning with the product roadmap, organizational goals and customer needs. Translate high-level business requirements into clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, well-organized, and reflects business and customer priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize features for maximum business value. Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams focused on data science and artificial intelligence to ensure successful implementation of product requirements. Provide clear guidance and direction to the Scrum team during Sprints and ensure alignment with the product vision. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables. Scrum Practices: Champion the Scrum framework within the team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum environment. Proven experience working with development teams focused on data science and artificial intelligence projects. Demonstrated experience working in high-growth companies, managing rapid scaling and evolving product demands. Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Skills: Strong understanding of data science concepts, machine learning workflows, and AI-driven product development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value and vice versa. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality products on time. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the legal tech industry, with knowledge of law firm workflows, case management/practice management systems and platform integrations a plus. Familiarity with tools and platforms commonly used in Scrum frameworks, such as JIRA and Confluence. Background in data-driven decision-making, including experience with analytics tools and techniques.
