Lead supply chain cost reduction strategies, perform benchmarking and financial analysis, manage client relationships, and supervise staff in healthcare supply chain projects. | Bachelor's degree, 7+ years healthcare experience with supply chain management focus, ideally with consulting experience and a Master's in Healthcare Administration. | Description & Requirements What you will do: • Develop strategic direction for supply chain cost reduction for clients • Lead the performance of benchmarking, financial record analysis, market research, spend analytics, and category analysis to identify sourcing and utilization opportunities • Identify and maintain strategies to improve the supply chain, including optimizing distribution channels and ensuring supply resiliency • Implement supply chain initiatives that drive economic and operational value, and assist clients in these implementations • Create and lead project-related deliverables such as project plans, implementation plans, communication plans, financial models, and presentations • Interface with all levels of management both internally and at client sites • Develop and maintain productive relationships with healthcare clients to generate incremental and repeatable annual business • Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for growth and process improvement. • Supervise and develop other employees Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • 7+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry • Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in supply chain management and cost reduction for nonlabor areas Preferred Qualifications • Master's of Healthcare Administration (MHA) • Consulting experience , , , ,
