Job Description As a Regional Manager, you will lead a team of Territory Managers to drive sales growth and market share across your assigned region. You’ll oversee daily sales activity management, including account ownership of two-step distributors, lumberyards, contractors, and remodelers. Build and maintain relationships with key customers while targeting new accounts; own select account relationships and delegate others to Territory Managers. Acquire and retain key dealers and end users to grow market share. Optimize local distribution strategies to maximize regional impact. Conduct professional semi-annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings with local distributors. Utilize CRM tools and company sales processes effectively and consistently.
