About This Role We’re seeking a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering value to clients. Using curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset, this individual will pursue growth opportunities by engaging with senior leaders and executives for Forrester’s existing accounts comprised of Fortune-class companies. With a transparent and repeatable consultative sales process, this individual will achieve impactful outcomes by creating and orchestrating account penetration strategies. This individual will anticipate client needs, understand what drives their success, challenge them to think differently, and provide highly valued business insights to enable clients to win, serve, and retain customers. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with top executives and their teams, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and demonstrating how Forrester can support their mission. To succeed, this individual will rely on the ability to build trust, foster relationships, and communicate effectively. Job Description: • Partner with senior management (director, C-level) clients as a trusted business advisor by leveraging the company’s research on emerging technologies and customer experience. • Collaborate with industry analysts and the ecosystem to sell and deliver prescriptive client solutions. • Maintain the minimum weekly/daily metrics, and ensure quota is met. • Produce accurate and timely forecasts. • Uncover key business initiatives and engage new cross-functional buying centers. • Develop sales opportunities to increase contract value and customer retention. • Maintain and build relationships with executive-level contacts to understand their business needs and identify new opportunities. • Develop a complete understanding of the company’s products and services portfolio to align appropriate solutions with client needs. Job Requirements: • A bachelor’s degree, preferred, but not essential. • A minimum of 12 years of relevant/consultative sales experience. • Experience in selling business services to senior/C-level professionals in a highly competitive market would be an advantage. • The ability and willingness to make cold calls and book meetings. • Proven experience in a similar role, specifically with new-business development, achieving quota goals, and managing personal sales strategies. • Effective presentation, organization, and time management skills. • A fast learner who is at ease with technology. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. About This Role: As a member of Forrester's customer success organization, the Customer Success Manager is responsible for the engagement value delivered to Forrester's largest clients. This individual will orchestrate the customer journey through proactive engagement strategies. The successful candidate will guide Forrester's premier vendor clients to their desired outcomes, while driving great value in their partnership with Forrester. Monitoring the health of customer relationships, this role will predict and navigate customer challenges and offer solutions that drive satisfaction, retention, and additional enrichment opportunities. Job Description: • Strengthen the premier client's relationship health post sale by deeply embedding in the accounts to drive high engagement. Serve as a client advocate driving strong renewal rates and higher enrichment by understanding the client's business initiatives and mapping to Forrester's portfolio of products and services. • Create, execute, and deliver a strong premier vendor client engagement strategy, informed by the client executive's overall account strategy. This includes the execution of services provided to the client; formal and informal client check-ins; onboarding; partnership reviews; and the delivery of other value-added services based on the mutually agreed upon engagement plan with the client. • Align with the client executive on the account strategy. Meet regularly to discuss account health, value capture, and engagement levels and to share potential new enrichment opportunities. • Leverage support of the customer success specialist to ensure the largest impact on client engagement and value delivered while efficiently servicing the account. • Orchestrate the quality and timely delivery of products or services purchased by working with the relevant ecosystem partners in the product, research, and/or consulting organizations to ensure that client success measures are met and value is maximized. Job Requirements: • Three to five years of experience driving successful solution-oriented client engagement; handling difficult internal and external business challenges; and delivering exceptional client service resulting in high client retention. • Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and systems, sometimes globally, and working within tight project and client timelines with resource constraints. • Experience in building successful senior-level business relationships and facilitating conversations at all levels, including the C-suite. • The ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, collaborating with other divisions to achieve strong results. • Relevant business experience demonstrating a commercial mindset and an understanding of selling moments. • Relevant industry experience working in a B2B setting and a familiarity with the typical challenges faced by premier vendor clients in leading change. • Successful navigation of business processes. • A high degree of organization and proficiency leveraging internal systems. • Successful navigation of business systems and processes to obtain high client advocacy and business results. • Strong storytelling abilities, verbal and written communication, and social interactions and a proficiency with technology. • Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking proficiency preferred. The offered compensation may vary within this range and is dependent upon the successful candidate's primary work location, experience, training, education, and credentials.
