EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 10+ years of experience in RF design and EM simulation, with 3+ years in a management or technical leadership role. • Strong proficiency in EM simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, AWR) and RF measurement techniques (VNA, TDR). • Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and delivering complex engineering programs. • Experience managing vendor relationships and external simulation resources. • Background in PCB design and manufacturing constraints desired. • Familiarity with on-wafer RF calibration techniques (SOL, SOLR, SOLT, multiline TRL) is a plus • Knowledge of wireless standards (e.g., 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) or radar systems is preferred.
