The role requires deep technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and collaboration with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead design and development, provide architecture guidance, and enforce standards. Development & Delivery: Build and optimize PL/SQL objects and APEX apps, translate requirements into solutions, and ensure quality delivery. Performance & Optimization: Perform SQL tuning and ensure scalability and reliability. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business and cross-functional teams, act as technical POC.
