Summary: The Program Manager of Strategic Partnerships, Managed Care is responsible for the overall planning, management, and completion of multiple medium to large projects, and may also support projects of high complexity, as part of a project team in collaboration with others. Position Responsibilities: The coordinator works in conjunction with members of the pharmacy operations department, clinic staff, and other corporate departments to complete all necessary tasks associated with the management of pharmacy operations both centrally and at the clinics. Specifically, the pharmacy operations coordinator will also support activities related to drug losses, central temperature monitoring of dashboards, meeting presentations, scheduling, compliance, analytics, and reports. The pharmacy operations coordinator will also assist with deliverables and continuous monitoring of projects initiated by the department. Position Qualifications/Requirements Education: High school education, required College Degree, preferred Certifications/Licenses: Certified Pharmacy Technician, preferred Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required. Previous Experience: Experience as a pharmacy technician for 2+ years, highly preferred. Knowledge of intravenous/oncology drugs, preferred Project Management experience, preferred Core Capabilities: Analysis & Critical Thinking: Critical thinking skills including solid problem solving, analysis, decision-making, planning, time management and organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented with the ability to exercise independent judgment. Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential material and sometimes emotionally charged matters. Communication Skills: Good command of the English language. SUMMARY: The Operations Project Manager will work with departments across the Company to define, scope, execute and complete projects.
