We are seeking a FULL-TIME HR Coordinator/Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This is a remote independent contractor position and a perfect opportunity for the right candidate to join our core team and experience professional growth. Primary responsibilities include - hiring of new personnel - staff and vendor relations - organizing personnel and vendor files - A/R - recording and reconciling transactions - P&L and other reporting - all other aspects of day to day bookkeeping - organizing electronic files and end-of-year tax information - processing credit cards and payment follow ups - other duties as assigned Requirements - strong written and oral communication skills* (a must) - able to learn/undertake all bookkeeping for the company - a professional demeanor - ability to work independently - articulate and well-spoken - well organized - solid working knowledge of computer software, email systems and research on the internet Software, communications, logic and/or other skills testing will be administered.
