The ideal candidate brings deep operational experience, an analytical mindset, and the executive presence to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization. ***This position is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States*** About the Role Lead security escalations and serve as the primary point of contact with internal stakeholders and local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, including TSA and DHS. Conduct field security assessments using site observations and operational risk modeling; oversee audit programs across terminals, bus stops, and corporate facilities. Manage the full lifecycle of third-party security vendors, including budget planning, selection, onboarding, performance optimization, and invoice approval for budgets exceeding $5 million. Collect, analyze, and present security data using dashboards to uncover trends, assess vendor effectiveness, and deliver actionable executive briefings. Develop, maintain, and audit security policies and procedures; oversee security equipment and surveillance systems. Design and deliver security training programs for frontline and corporate employees; develop new market security launch strategies in partnership with Operations and Legal. Lead funded security initiatives through to completion. Lead and participate in security incident investigations in conjunction with Legal, including serving as subject matter expert for litigation support and expert testimony. As a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships (m/f/d), you will lead market expansion by securing access to critical infrastructure, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving operational success in a highly regulated environment. You will develop strategic partnerships with public and private entities, navigate complex government processes, and ensure compliance while establishing access to high-value transportation hubs across the country.   About the Role • Secure high-impact locations for bus stops and stations by leveraging government relationships and private-sector negotiation skills • Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, municipal councils, and regulatory bodies to support business growth • Align commercial objectives with government policies by identifying opportunities and mitigating regulatory risks • Represent the company in discussions with transportation authorities and prepare materials for hearings and public consultations • Lead site acquisition and development efforts, ensuring compliance with zoning, permitting, and safety standards across jurisdictions • Develop partnerships with businesses, transit agencies, and property owners to enhance station access and amenities • Serve as the primary contact for station-related and government relations matters, advocating for the company in infrastructure planning forums About You • 5–7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or real estate development, including work with government entities • Demonstrated success in securing agreements with government agencies or private stakeholders to support business growth • 1–2 years of project management experience with strong knowledge of transportation regulations and public transit systems • Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, and analyzing policies to identify risks and opportunities • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience presenting to senior officials and business leaders • Familiarity with real estate transactions, land-use planning, commercial leasing, and infrastructure development; willing to travel as needed We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
