The opportunity: The People team is at the heart of Flexport's growth, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the best talent to redefine global trade. As an Onsite Human Resources Manager, you will be the dedicated HR leader for our rapidly expanding Lewisville, Texas Fulfillment Center. This is a hands-on role where you will partner directly with FC leadership, managing all HR functions for a large, dynamic workforce. You'll be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring our operations run smoothly and compliantly. You will: Serve as the primary HR partner for the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on all people-related matters. Manage the full employee lifecycle for our workforce, including, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Lead employee relations efforts, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Drive HR program implementation at the site level, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and Flexport policies within the fulfillment center. Analyze HR data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and contribute to site-specific HR strategies. You should have: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an onsite operational environment (e.g., fulfillment center, manufacturing, warehouse). Proven expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR best practices for non-exempt workforces. Strong ability to partner with and influence site leadership to achieve business and people objectives. Experience managing HR functions independently for a specific site or business unit. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. As a People Operations Coordinator at our Lewisville Fulfillment Center, you'll be a key point of contact for our on-site workforce, working closely with employees, managers, and the broader People team. You'll directly contribute to a seamless employee journey, from onboarding to daily support, managing critical HR processes like timekeeping and general inquiries. You will: Provide essential Tier 1 support for all people-related inquiries at the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Administer time and attendance records, processing timesheet adjustments using physical timeclocks and HRIS software. Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations. Collaborate with People Partners and other HR specialists to escalate complex issues and improve operational workflows. You should have: 1+ year of experience in a People Operations, HR Coordinator, or similar administrative support role. The ability to work a Front Half schedule (Sun-Wed 10:30am-8:30pm ) Proficiency with HRIS systems and timekeeping software. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume inquiries with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport.
