Own complex technical initiatives from planning through implementation, testing, and release. Partner closely with Product and Design to deliver customer-focused solutions on a regular cadence. Design maintainable, scalable, and well-tested software that supports long-term product growth. Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across the mobile platform. Write automated unit tests that improve confidence and reliability. Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate implementation, testing, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards. Proactively identify opportunities to improve application performance and stability. Mentor teammates through pairing, code reviews, technical discussions and knowledge sharing. Help define and evolve engineering best practices across the Mobile Engineering team. Your Experience 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping native iOS applications. Deep expertise in Swift and the iOS SDK. Experience with SwiftUI. Interest in cross-platform frameworks and Android development. Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, networking, concurrency, and performance optimization. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Experience writing automated unit and UI tests. Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality. Demonstrated ability to independently own complex technical projects from design through delivery. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Considered a Plus Experience building Android applications with Kotlin. Experience designing scalable mobile architectures. Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Fastlane, CircleCI, or similar platforms. Experience working on B2B SaaS products. Experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics.
