Provide high-impact technical guidance to strategic accounts to drive customer success and adoption of dbt Cloud. | 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles, expertise in cloud data platforms, hands-on dbt Cloud experience, strong SQL and communication skills. | We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Solutions Resident Architects to join our team. In this role, you will drive critical customer outcomes by delivering high-impact technical guidance to strategic accounts. You will be part of a high-visibility initiative that supports pre-sales, accelerates adoption, enables key migrations, and mitigates churn risks. This role is designed to deploy RA-level expertise flexibly, aligning with customer and business needs to drive growth, retention, and expansion.
