This role is commission-eligible as of the start date, in addition to base salary.   About the Team: You’ll join a high-visibility, client-facing team that partners closely with Client Relationship Sales, product development, implementation, and marketing to deliver impactful, credit-focused learning solutions across North America.   How You’ll Make an Impact:  Sales Enablement Collaborate with the Client Relationship Sales team to manage client relationships, provide consultative input, understand client learning needs, and act as a subject matter expert in support of credit-related Sales pitches Help prepare and execute sales calls that include attention to credit-related topics Help identify and support internal champions at client and prospect institutions Provide guidance in solution generation, managing the process of determining client needs and opportunities, and ensuring the sharing of all our capabilities as appropriate, crafting compelling recommendations in the process Provide pricing and licensing input, and otherwise support proposal preparation Support the provision of product demonstrations and presentations Shorten sales cycles and increase the number of deals “closed won” Customer Success Management Understand and articulate customer learning goals and desired outcomes from the delivery of our solutions Coordination and communication with Fitch Learning sales, product and implementation teams to ensure delivery in line with customer expectations Relationship building with senior client stakeholders, providing high-level briefing on delivery performance and impact / effectiveness Creation and/or delivery of data-driven analytical insight reports to support narratives around customer success Account planning activities to enable contract renewal and / or extension, wallet-share expansion, and cross-sell execution Solution development and implementation support Interface between the Sales Team and/or eLearning Product Development Teams as appropriate Assist the transition from Sales Team to Implementation, Operations, as appropriate Support the eLearning Product Development Team in solution creation and/or customization Act as sponsor and/or subject matter expert for client driven development projects Support the eLearning Implementation Team where applied solutions and/or rollouts are complex Communication, reporting and thought leadership Communicate with other Fitch Learning colleagues, both generally and with respect to specific prospects and clients on an ad hoc basis, or as otherwise assigned Share information regarding Sales Team needs, solution needs, successes, failures, good ideas, etc. Act as Fitch Learning representative and speaker at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other client-facing activities as required.
