About the role As a Systematics ALS (Advanced Lending System) application Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, leading business analysis efforts for large-scale, complex initiatives that shape business and technology outcomes. You will drive requirements and solution design across multiple products and domains, influence strategic architecture and process decisions, and provide leadership on high-visibility, high-impact projects. About the team The Systematics Base Development team at FIS supports a global mission-critical banking solution platform for large financial institutions. Our team consists of experienced business analysts, and developers who deliver enhancements, regulatory updates, and corrections for all of the banking applications.
