We are looking for a hands-on Sr Business Systems Analyst to join our growing Enterprise Credit Card and Merchant Services delivery team. Our team provides technology solutions and integration services in following areas: Corporate Credit Cards, Credit Card Risk Underwriting, Credit Card Portfolio Management, and Merchant Services all while servicing large corporations to individual retail clients. This position delivers strategic insight into business systems through complex analysis, reporting, and operational activities in the payments domain. Serves as a technical expert on system usage and performance. Determines business requirements and implements appropriate specifications, monitoring for compliance and effectiveness. Assists in identifying and resolving process issues which may involve system testing or development. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts in the work group. Collaboratively works as a key player contributing to delivery and continual improvement in our highly engaged software development shop. Responsibilities • Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output. • Identifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates them using specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Identifies issues that affect system processes and assists in correcting. Ensures compliance through testing and analysis. • Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on analysis results. • System Support - Provides expert technical support including log Analysis for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on systems and data output. • Ability to understand and document system requirements for real time & Async integration data flows. • Responds with data to audit requests under management guidance • Writes and executes SQL queries. • Coordinates multiple agile team’s release cadence, key milestones for preparedness, and participates in release night activities. Execute and improve compliance programs related to institutional asset management and capital markets, support regulatory exams and audits, manage compliance issues, and communicate regulatory changes to business units. | Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in compliance, legal, audit, or banking, preferably with FINRA licenses and certifications like CAMS or CRCM, and broker-dealer compliance experience. | Overview This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This position is responsible for executing the Institutional Asset Management and Capital Markets Compliance Program of the Bank, supporting broker dealer and registered investment adviser compliance program requirements. Maintains strong knowledge of new and existing regulations that impact enterprise activities in order to recommend necessary changes to mitigate compliance risk. Reviews business processes, procedures, and activities to identify risks and inefficiencies. Assists with internal and external audits. Implements new compliance policies, as appropriate. Serves as a liaison between corporate, legal, and business teams to identify and resolve complex issues. Responsibilities • Compliance Improvement – Analyzes assigned Compliance program areas against regulatory requirements to identify gaps and enhancements as well as improvements to internal processes and systems. Writes, manages, and implements Compliance policies and procedures including Compliance Manuals, Written Supervisory Procedures, and Code of Ethics policies. Aids the development of products, monitoring routines and implementation of systems that support regulatory compliance.
