This work is critical to Operations to support growth, create operational capacity and development efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. The Operations Program Manager should be motivated to optimize productivity and program success from inception to completion. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead the program management and project management of Operations initiatives, programs and projects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes • Analyze existing operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. • Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors • Utilize data analysis and reporting tools, gather insights into operations and project performance, making data-driven decisions • Plan, execute, and track various projects related to operations, ensuring they meet their objectives, stay on schedule, and within budget • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and project execution • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and operational efficiency. • Facilitate clear communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management, providing regular updates on project status and issues • Ensure products or services meet quality standards and compliance requirements, maintaining a high level of quality throughout operations • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Operations department by implementing best practices and innovative solutions QUALIFICATIONS: • A Bachelor's degree with Master’s preferred in business administration or related fields • 10+ years of work experience. • Must have 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferably in employee benefits, insurance, technology, innovation, or provider network • A passion for improving operations • Experience working through ideation, problem solving and decisions with multiple groups and leader level • Ability to work cross functionally in ambiguous, innovative environments • Demonstrated strong organizational and project management capabilities • Experience leading complex large projects • Strong problem solving skills SALARY: $89,000.00 - $118,000.00 ABOUT FIRST CHOICE HEALTH: First Choice Health, headquartered in Seattle, WA, is a provider-owned healthcare organization offering employers a forward-thinking alternative to traditional health insurance. Vacation, sick leave, and any personal leave are combined into a general annual PTO bank. If an employee needs professional help, they can contact the EAP, which provides confidential access to professional counseling services for help in confronting personal problems such as alcohol/substance abuse, marital and family difficulties, financial or legal troubles, or emotional distress. • Retirement Plan 401(k)- We contribute 50% of the employee’s 401k deferral , up to a maximum of 3% of the employee’s gross salary. Eligible employees must be at least 21 years old, and be employed with FCH a minimum of 90 days. • Profit Sharing - FCH may make annual discretionary profit sharing contributions in an amount to be determined at Plan Year end. • Tuition Reimbursement - Employees may be eligible to receive reimbursement for continuing education for Bachelor’s program after one year of employment with the company. • Wellness- We encourage and promote healthy behaviors through a Wellness program that offers rewards for those that participate. • These benefits may be changed with or without notice at any given time.
