Manage client portfolios, optimize paid media campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success. | At least 4 years of relevant account management experience, dental experience, and digital marketing skills. | Responsibilities Client Strategy & Account Management Manage a portfolio of clients with varying service levels, serving as their primary point of contact for campaign updates, reporting, and strategic guidance. Build strong consultative relationships with clients by understanding their goals and aligning marketing efforts accordingly. Lead client onboarding, set expectations, and ensure long-term success with Firegang. Communicate performance insights clearly and confidently through email, calls, and reporting meetings. Paid Media & Performance Optimization Execute ongoing optimizations across Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts following Firegang and industry best practices. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and lead quality. Support the Performance Team and SEM leadership with day-to-day ad account management, reporting, and documentation. Conduct research and share insights that support strategic campaign planning and growth opportunities. Collaboration & Internal Alignment Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned. Document updates and maintain accurate client and campaign data within project management tools. Provide educational support to clients around reputation management, conversion strategy, and marketing best practices. Requirements: At least 4 year of relevant Account Management experience required. Dental Experience required. Digital Marketing required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Data driven and enjoy helping clients succeed. Team oriented and a problem solver. Enjoy professional conversations with clients and co-workers. Manage client portfolios, act as liaison, analyze performance data, and support client success in digital marketing. | At least 4 years of account management experience, dental and digital marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and data-driven approach. | A successful Client Success Manager (CSM) will enjoy working directly with dentists to develop websites and digital marketing strategies that will work toward the client’s goals in their market. It is the CSM’s responsibility to act as a partner to our clients, work with our internal teams in the building of marketing campaigns, and report to the client on their successes and identify areas in need of improvement. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the US. Responsibilities of a Client Success Manager: Manage a portfolio of clients with varying levels of service depending on package level; be their primary point of contact for site issues, campaign changes and reporting, developing close client relationships. Act as a liaison between your client and the company. Relay clients’ goals to the team and campaign performance to the client in order to develop a strong consultative relationship. Manage onboarding new clients, set expectations, and set clients up for long term success with Firegang. Analyze performance reports from Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook, Bing, etc., and interpret this data to clients in a way they will understand. Monitor results and present feedback to the client. Train clients on how to optimize their online reputation and phone call conversion rates, and provide other educational items that will help their practice succeed. Answer client emails, phone calls, and other communications in a timely manner. Requirements: At least 4 year of relevant Account Management experience required. Dental Experience required. Digital Marketing required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Data driven and enjoy helping clients succeed. Team oriented and a problem solver. Enjoy professional conversations with clients and co-workers. Bonus Points For: Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and/or any other online marketing solutions and you enjoy digging into data to address problems and identify solutions.
