Build and manage a partner pipeline, execute outbound outreach, facilitate integrations, and organize events to generate partner engagement. | Strong outbound communication skills, persistence, relationship instincts, organizational skills, and experience with ecosystem integrations or community programs. | Distribution Partnerships Lead Location: San Francisco (in-person, with travel for events) Type: Full-time About Firecrawl Firecrawl helps developers turn the web into clean, structured data for LLMs and apps. We’re building a product developers love — and we grow by shipping fast, staying close to users, and finding leverage. About the role We’re hiring a Distribution Partnerships Lead to build a partner channel that compounds: products and platforms that integrate Firecrawl and distribute it to their users. This is not a “manage inbound” role. You’ll create the pipeline, run the conversations, and drive integrations to launch. If you’re the kind of person who follows up (politely) until there’s a real answer — and then turns that answer into action — you’ll do well here. What you’ll do Build and own a pipeline of distribution partners (apps, platforms, devtools, AI products) who can embed Firecrawl Run outbound end-to-end: targeting, messaging, follow-ups, and creative ways to get meetings Turn “interesting” into “integrating”: align on value, define the integration path, and push deals to shipped launches Plan and execute events in SF (meetups, dinners, workshops, conference side-events) that produce high-quality partner conversations Create lightweight partner enablement assets (1-pagers, integration docs, launch checklists) to make execution frictionless Track pipeline rigorously and communicate progress + blockers clearly You might be a fit if you… Don’t take no for an answer (persistent, respectful, consistently follow through) Can write outbound that gets replies and keep momentum through multiple follow-up cycles Have strong relationship instincts with founders, product leaders, and GTM teams Move fast, stay organized, and ship outcomes (not just activity) Default to high agency: you spot gaps, propose solutions, and execute without waiting to be asked Communicate clearly and proactively — people shouldn’t be surprised by progress or problems Learn fast and use tools/AI to multiply your output Backgrounds that often do well Former founders Top-performing SDRs / outbound operators ready to own the full motion Partnerships / BD at an early-stage company where you built the playbook What success looks like A clear partner ICP + target list, with consistent meetings booked Repeatable outreach that converts to real partner commitments Integrations shipped (not just “promising conversations”) Events that reliably generate partner pipeline and deepen relationships A growing distribution channel that reaches users through partner products Bonus points Devtools / API / platform integration experience You’ve built ecosystem distribution (integrations, marketplaces, embedded offers) You’ve run events/community programs that drive measurable pipeline
