Responsibilities: Strong attention to detail in all aspects of projects and communication. Delivers professional & friendly interactions with client & team. Act as a communication hub for project team, partners, vendors, and clients. Produces clear, concise, organized and actionable written documents and correspondence, both internal and external. Including but not limited to QA, updating status documentation and time reports. Adept at problem solving and/or knowing who to go to for help. Understand the client's business and project management systems Ability to use agency systems and follow established processes and workflow. Schedule and attend key touch-point meetings, both internal and external. Ensuring the team is prepared with a call agenda and additional required information. Qualifications: Prior experience as a project manager in an agency setting or comparable is helpful. 1-3 years of experience in project management. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
