The primary responsibilities for our next Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst will be to: Sales Operations • Maintain CRM accuracy, including team/role updates, account structures, pricing books, and quotas. • Manage lead routing, round robin assignments, and ARR attribution. • Drive pipeline hygiene and forecasting standards • Implement/optimize Groove and Dialpad workflows, encourage proper usage and best practices, including localization. Marketing Operations • Own campaign execution in Marketo (emails, webinars, newsletters, events) • Manage onboarding, nurture flows, and localized campaigns/forms across regions. • Recommend improvements in campaign logic and reporting (MQLs, attribution) while troubleshooting data issues. Cross-Functional Revenue Operations • Ensure alignment on funnel definitions (MQL → SAL → Opportunity). • Translate system/process changes into reporting and analytics requirements. • Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity, ensuring reporting and dashboards are reliable. • Act as the connector between Sales, Marketing, Systems, and Operations to drive efficiency. • Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose scalable solutions to improve productivity. We’re Looking for Our Next Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst to Have the Following Skills and Experiences • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM function. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools, preferably Marketo. • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Groove, Dialpad). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actions. • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Strong communication skills, able to partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Systems, and Operations. • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and eagerness to drive process improvements And if You Have Any of the Following, We REALLY Want You to Apply Today! • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company. • Salesforce Admin certification • Knowledge of revenue attribution models and funnel optimization best practices. • Experience building or improving lead scoring, nurturing, or campaign reporting frameworks • Experience working with international or multi-regional teams. Compensation: The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $80,000 - $110,000 The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
