Impact In This Role Fictiv is looking for a Product Marketing Manager - Production Services with a passion for production manufacturing and supply chain industry to join our marketing team. In this role, you will empower your marketing colleagues and sales key stakeholders with the market information, messages, proof points, and content to effectively promote our product offerings. You will know the ins-and-outs of who our target customers are, what they care about, and what manufacturing and supply chain services they need at every stage of the product life cycle - especially bridge to full-scale production. You will package this information into powerful messages and assets to win the hearts and minds of Fictiv’s customers, partners and industry analysts. This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing. What You’ll Be Doing Developing clear and effective production manufacturing solution messaging by persona and industry vertical to be used in marketing and sales campaigns Maintaining up-to-date messaging and product marketing assets for all of Fictiv’s production manufacturing and supply chain service offerings Interacting with customers and Fictiv sales reps to document win/loss analysis and deepen our understanding of our target audience Evaluating Fictiv’s positioning against our competition to inform our positioning and accentuate its differentiation in the market Directing launch campaigns to promote new feature releases and services Delivering clear messaging for emails, ads, web landing pages, brochures and technical positioning to support marketing campaigns and SEO initiatives Enabling our sales teams with product trainings and sales enablement materials Identifying case studies and testimonials that provide clear, quantifiable examples of Fictiv’s value Desired Traits 10+ years experience in global manufacturing and supply chain, sales and/or product marketing roles B.S. in engineering or B.A. in business, marketing or other relevant field You are a strategic thinker, able to translate complex ideas into clear, focused actions and solutions You are an excellent writer, comfortable developing blogs, brochures, and landing page copy You are highly organized and a great project manager, able to keep multiple stakeholders on track toward a launch deadline Comfortable working in a marketing shared services, matrix-driven model Experience marketing to a span of personas such as technical audiences (e.g., mechanical engineers) and senior-level executives (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, operations) Travel up to 30% - domestic and international BONUS POINTS: You’ve worked with technology products that have targeted mechanical engineers, manufacturing, supply chain and procurement managers. Impact In This Role: As a Senior Account Executive - Electric Vehicles, you will work closely with some of the most exciting companies in the world to help them bring amazing products to market. Your proven leadership skills will be essential to coordinating the efforts of a highly capable Fictiv team and platform that supports you at every opportunity.
