The AR Shared Services Support Specialist role is responsible for identifying accounts with an aging balance, specifically focusing on Auto Fill customers who are on Credit Hold Past due and have a Delivery date within the next 30 days. Researches and resolves cash application issues. Handles customer correspondence related to Credit Hold Past Due. May require direct communication with customers to resolve. Responds to customer inquiries regarding any payment application issue. Handles outbound calls to customers regarding their Credit Hold Past due status. Troubleshoots and produces quick resolution. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
