Qualifications and Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience. Solid understanding of Windows and macOS environments. Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) platforms, especially Microsoft Intune. Basic knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP). Understanding of security best practices for end-user devices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technologies.
