Featherstone Sourcing is partnering with Blooming Health, a fast-growing Series A health-tech startup transforming healthcare delivery. They are seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making and work hands-on with large-scale healthcare data and modern cloud technologies. Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) using Python (Pandas, Polars, NumPy). • Build and maintain robust data models and workflows to enable reporting in BigQuery and visualization in Tableau. • Write efficient SQL queries across PostgreSQL and MongoDB to extract and manipulate complex datasets. • Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and engineers to deliver trusted data products. • Apply healthcare domain knowledge, with strict adherence to HIPAA and data privacy standards. • Document data sources, transformations, and workflows for transparency and reproducibility. • Support customer-facing teams (Customer Success, Sales) with dashboards, reporting, and user setup. • Investigate and resolve bugs to ensure smooth data operations. Skills • Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and Python (especially Pandas) • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud SQL) • Familiarity with MongoDB and unstructured/semi-structured healthcare data • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and secure patient data handling • Experience with Tableau dashboards and reporting • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Prior healthcare data experience is strongly preferred Benefits • Equity in a Series A startup • Healthcare & vision coverage • Fully remote role Company Overview • At Featherstone, we help startups and scales hire through additional sourcing and screening—your internal recruitment team as a service.
