The Role We're looking for a Software Engineer, Test Infrastructure (SETI) to help build the systems that keep our TypeScript codebase fast to test, easy to trust, and safe to ship. You'll focus on designing tools, frameworks, and pipelines that elevate the productivity and confidence of engineers working across both frontend and backend systems. You'll build infrastructure that scales with our growing team, promotes engineering best practices, and catches problems before they reach production. You'll work closely with engineering teams across the organization to ensure our testing ecosystem supports rapid development while maintaining the high reliability and security standards required in financial services. Your Impact Design, build, and maintain robust tooling and testing infrastructure to support engineering workflows across our frontend and backend systems. The Role Farther is launching a new content program that turns advisor expertise into professional video and multimedia content — client stories, thought leadership, and brand-building material our advisors can't easily create on their own. As our Multimedia Producer, you'll own production end-to-end for the pilot cohort: scheduling the first shoot, coordinating the raw footage, and getting each piece polished and published. You'll be building the playbook for a program that doesn't exist yet, not just following one. The Role Farther's Client Experience (CX) team is the engine behind our advisor and client relationships — and it's growing fast. As HRBP for the CX org, you'll be the dedicated people partner embedded in our Irving, TX office, working closely with CX leaders to build a team culture that's as strong as the client experience we deliver. This isn't a passive HR support role. You'll own employee relations, coaching, and — most importantly — the training and development programs that help our managers level up. You'll be the in-person HR presence our Dallas team actually relies on, and a key partner to CX leadership as they scale.
