Lead global design strategy and execution, manage design team and vendors, ensure brand consistency, and oversee creative production across multiple platforms. | 10+ years design experience with 5+ years leadership, portfolio demonstrating strategic design, vendor management skills, advanced Adobe Suite proficiency, and experience in global multicultural settings. | Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are looking for a Graphic Design Manager to join our Commercial Team and lead the way in how our brand is seen and experienced worldwide. As the Graphic Design Manager you will drive strategic visual communications initiatives across Fall Creek’s® global operations, ensuring brand excellence and impact in international markets. This key leadership role within Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to shape Fall Creek’s® global brand identity through strategic design excellence. Your creativity and leadership will manage production across digital, print, tradeshows, events, and campaigns while overseeing vendor partnerships and guiding brand standards. In this role you will lead and inspire our design team at Fall Creek® while maintaining and evolving our company's brand identity across all internal and external materials. You will bring your strong creative vision, proven leadership skills, and a passion for creating compelling visual solutions to bring into line with our brand and strategic objectives. What you'll do at Fall Creek: • Develop and execute global design strategies that align with Fall Creek’s® brand vision and business objectives. • Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and commercial teams to support campaigns, product launches, and market communications. • Ensure global brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. • Lead and manage vendor relationships, including agencies, freelancers, and creative service providers. • Oversee project portfolios, resource allocation, and delivery timelines to meet business goals. • Direct creative production for tradeshows, events, brochures, datasheets, brand guidelines, and other key assets. • Manage creation of digital and social media design assets. • Act as a strategic advisor and point person for Fall Creek’s® branding and visual identity. • Support executive communications and internal training design needs. • Keep Fall Creek® at the forefront of design trends emerging technologies, and global best practices. What you bring to Fall Creek: • 10+ years of design experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role. • A portfolio that shows strategic design thinking across platforms. • Strong experience managing vendors, agencies, and creative partnerships. • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and collaborative platforms. • Experience leading design in a global, multicultural environment. • A creative leader who thrives at both strategy and execution. Desired Qualifications • Expertise in video, motion graphics, or UX/UI design. • Bilingual in Spanish and English. Who is Fall Creek®?
