Lead analytics strategy and provide actionable marketing insights to senior stakeholders. | 8+ years in analytics with strong marketing analytics and SQL skills, plus excellent communication. | About Faire Faire is a technology wholesale platform built on the belief that the future is local. Independent retailers around the globe collectively represent a multi-hundred-billion-dollar wholesale market that has historically been fragmented and offline. At Faire, we're using the power of tech, data, and machine learning to connect this thriving community of entrepreneurs across the globe. Picture your favorite boutique in town — we help them discover the best products from around the world to sell in their stores. With the right tools and insights, we believe that we can level the playing field so businesses can grow and local communities can thrive. We’re looking for smart, resourceful and passionate people to join us as we power the shop local movement. If you believe in community, come join ours. About this role We’re looking for a Strategy & Analytics Senior Lead to own and evolve the analytics and measurement strategy for Lifecycle & CRM marketing at Faire. This is a highly visible, high‑impact individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Finance. This role goes beyond campaign‑level analytics. You will set the analytical direction for lifecycle measurement, define how success is measured across the funnel, influence how and where we invest marketing dollars, and serve as a trusted thought partner to senior marketing and finance leadership. You’ll lead ambiguous, cross‑functional problems end‑to‑end — from framing and hypothesis development to execution, synthesis, and executive‑level recommendations. Your work will directly shape how Faire drives sustainable, efficient growth across both the demand and supply sides of a 2-sided  marketplace through owned channels (email, push, onsite, etc.) via experimentation, and attribution. What you’ll do  Strategic Ownership & Leadership * Own the end‑to‑end measurement framework for Lifecycle & CRM marketing globally, spanning aggregate performance, cohort‑level insights, and individual campaign evaluation. * Act as the primary analytics thought partner to Lifecycle Marketing, Strategic Finance, and Marketing Leadership, influencing roadmap, prioritization, and investment decisions. * Define and evolve north‑star KPIs and success metrics for lifecycle marketing, ensuring alignment with broader company and P&L goals. * Lead complex, ambiguous analytical efforts that require balancing short‑term performance with long‑term customer value. Experimentation & Casual Measurement * Set the standard for experimentation strategy within Lifecycle/CRM, including test design, measurement rigor, and interpretation of results. * Design, analyze, and synthesize experiments focused on driving user behavior across the retailer and brand sides of the marketplace. * Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to improve experimentation infrastructure and best practices. * Translate experimental results into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. Attribution, ROI, & Forecasting * Be the subject‑matter expert on marketing attribution for owned channels, partnering cross‑functionally to ensure correct tracking and interpretation. * Own and evolve payback, ROI, and LTV frameworks for lifecycle marketing, informing spend allocation and growth decisions. * Lead analyses to assess and improve attribution methodologies (e.g., scalars, incrementality approaches, MTA tradeoffs). * Support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis for lifecycle investments in partnership with Strategic Finance. Insight Generation & Storytelling * Surface proactive insights by deeply understanding how lifecycle performance trends over time, across cohorts, regions, and segments. * Distill complex analyses into crisp narratives tailored to technical and non‑technical audiences, including executives. * Build and own strategic dashboards and reporting that enable faster, better decision‑making across Marketing. Org-level Impact & Leverage * Influence analytical best practices across Marketing Analytics by setting standards for rigor, documentation, and communication. * Mentor and level up analysts through informal coaching, feedback, and domain expertise sharing. * Contribute to the strategic direction of the Marketing Analytics function, identifying gaps, opportunities, and scalable solutions. Qualifications * 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, investment banking, product analytics, or business operations at a high‑growth technology or marketplace company. * Proven ability to own ambiguous, high‑stakes analytical problems end‑to‑end and drive them to clear business impact. * Deep expertise in marketing analytics, with experience in lifecycle/CRM measurement, experimentation, and ROI analysis. * Strong understanding of attribution methodologies and causal inference tradeoffs in a marketing context. * Exceptional analytical rigor — able to define metrics, size opportunities, and execute complex analyses independently. * Advanced SQL proficiency; comfort working directly with large, imperfect datasets. * Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience influencing senior leaders through data. * Strong business and product intuition, with the ability to connect analyses to broader company goals. * Ability to lead through influence, operate autonomously, and thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Salary Range San Francisco, CA & New York City, NY: the pay range for this role is $185,500 - $255,000 per year.  This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Compensation$120K - 180K a year

Lead end-to-end strategy and roadmap for growth tools integrating AI and partnering across teams for high-impact launches. | 8+ years product management experience with marketplace background, zero-to-one delivery, AI fluency, and executive influence. About this role The Relationship Growth team helps brands and retailers on Faire connect and collectively grow their businesses. We build the sales, marketing, and proprietary-data tools that give brands a leg up in reaching and engaging the right retailers, so that each relationship becomes more valuable for both sides over time. Today, that work spans three areas: Tracking and understanding retailers — the data and insights brands use to know who their most valuable customers are and how to grow with them. Reaching out with updates and information retailers care about — brand-sent emails, in-product surfaces, proprietary messaging channels, and the systems that carry them across updates like new product/collection launches, abandoned carts etc. Providing personalized sales and support — lead generation and qualification, promos, and the tools that let brands act on what the data is telling them. As the Staff Product Manager for Relationship Growth, you will own the strategy and roadmap for this product surface end-to-end. You will define how brand-driven engagement fits within the broader Faire ecosystem and how each piece ladders to durable growth in relationship LTV. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, two-sided marketplace economics, and brand-side go-to-market. It requires someone who is energized by raising the bar on how these tools work together to help our brand partners be successful, rather than optimizing them at the margins. What you’ll do Own strategy and roadmap for Relationship Growth. Set the multi-year direction for how Faire's brand-side tools evolve and deliver compounding value to retailers, brands, and Faire. Keep raising the bar on how these tools drive growth. Meaningfully rebuild and up-level tools and programs where the current ceiling is too low. Partner across the full EPDD and GTM team. Work closely with design, engineering, data science, marketing, account management, PMM, and brand sales to land work that often requires sensitive, high-stakes go-to-market alongside the product itself. Shape how brand-driven communications fit within the broader Faire ecosystem. Make the calls on what belongs in brand-driven channels versus Faire-driven channels, and on how brand-side action affects the retailer experience overall. Set the direction for how AI reshapes the wholesale tech and martech tools brands rely on, including what Faire should build, buy, or differentiate on. Qualifications 8+ years of product management experience. Direct marketplace experience. You are fluent with the dynamics of competing customer objectives across both sides of the marketplace, you anticipate second-order effects, and you have a track record of finding elusive win-win solutions. This role goes beyond a traditional product role, closer to running a small business inside Faire. Experience in consulting, finance, professional services, or business school can be especially useful preparation for the strategic and cross-functional complexity it involves. Direct experience in growth, marketing, or CRM is a plus. AI-first in your own and your team's workflows, and in what you build. You actively use AI to move faster, ship more, and make your team more effective. You have a clear point of view on how to apply AI to brand-facing tools in wholesale tech and martech, including what is possible now and what is around the corner. Highly customer-focused, with strong qualitative and quantitative judgment. You make decisions that hold up on both sides of the marketplace, for brands and for retailers. Strong strategic thinking and execution skills. Excited to set high-level vision and strategy while also finessing customer-experience details, with a clear track record of driving business impact through product. Proven zero-to-one product experience. You have built and shipped new, customer-facing capabilities from early concept through launch and iteration, with the discipline to set crisp success metrics and drive tight build-learn-iterate cycles. Structured communicator and systems thinker who can make complexity simple. Experience leading major launches alongside go-to-market and marketing teams. Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, long-term holdouts, and modeling out product impact. You pull a coherent picture from a wide range of data types and methods, you acknowledge what you do not yet know, and you are a thoughtful partner and challenger to your data and analytics partners. Proven leader who influences across functions and at the executive level. You set direction for the full EPDD and GTM team, pull in the right partners, hold them accountable, recruit A-players, and uplevel the people around you. Owner and builder. You want to meaningfully rebuild and up-level tools and programs, you get into the details, and you hold a high bar for yourself and the team across a large and complex scope. Salary Range San Francisco, CA/New York City, NY: The pay range for this role is $220,000 - $302,500 per year. This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors, including transferable skills, work experience, market demand, and primary work location. Compensation$70K - 150K a year

Lead product vision and strategy for discovery experiences and mobile app redesign to improve engagement and conversion. | 8+ years product experience in high-growth tech or as founder, expertise in native mobile UX, and launching 0 to 1 products. About this role Discovery is at the heart of Faire's value to retailers. Our pillar's mission is to help retailers discover products and brands their customers will love — whether they know exactly what they're looking for, or are just browsing for something new. This is one of the most consumer-facing PM roles at Faire. You will lead Inspire, the top-of-funnel discovery team responsible for Faire's most visited surfaces — the homepage, category pages, seasonal hubs, and global navigation — and you will own the vision and product strategy for the Faire mobile app. Inspire is the team building the next generation of wholesale discovery: a curated, dynamic, and personalized experience that makes every visit engaging and every session an opportunity to find something new. We're incubating new formats — a new discovery feed, interactive merchandising modules, trend-forward content — that make Faire not just a place to transact, but a destination to explore. The Faire app is one of our most significant growth levers. App-native retailers are among our highest-LTV cohorts, but there's a substantial gap between the app and desktop experience — in conversion, in evaluation quality, and in product craft. We're investing to close that gap, and this PM will own that vision: making the app feel like a product someone designed, not a website in a shell. This role has direct executive visibility and real 0→1 mandate. You'll shape Inspire's strategy and the app's multi-year direction. What you'll do Become an expert on how retailers find inspiration, both on and off Faire, and how these moments influence product discovery and purchasing decisions. Own the product vision and roadmap for Faire's top-of-funnel discovery experiences (homepage, category pages, seasonal hubs, global navigation) and the Faire mobile app. Lead the mobile app redesign — establish a coherent app vision (information architecture, navigation, core interactions, craft) and drive progress against it in close partnership with design, engineering, and adjacent pod leads. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to deliver experiences that balance retailer delight, brand voice, and measurable business impact. Define and track success metrics for engagement and downstream conversion — running disciplined experiments and translating results into clear roadmap direction. Work directly with Faire's CEO and senior leadership to shape Inspire's long-term strategy and the multi-year app vision. Qualifications 8+ years of product experience at a high-growth tech company or as a startup founder, with a track record of driving meaningful user and business impact. Proven track record owning top-of-funnel or high-engagement consumer surfaces — feeds, homepages, browse experiences, or explore surfaces — ideally at a high-engagement platform (consumer social, e-commerce, marketplace, or content discovery). You've built products that create habits, not just convert transactions. Mobile product depth — you've owned a native app experience as a primary product area, driven measurable improvement in app-specific metrics (conversion, engagement, retention), and worked hands-on with mobile engineering teams. You think natively in mobile UX patterns. 0→1 experience — you've launched new products or experiences from scratch and know how to scope MVPs that prioritize learning without sacrificing quality. Highly collaborative and persuasive communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills. Deep user empathy — you care about understanding customer needs and creating thoughtful, impactful experiences. Salary Range San Francisco, CA/New York City, NY: The pay range for this role is $220,000 - $302,500 per year. This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors, including transferable skills, work experience, market demand, and primary work location.
