Sr Program Manager – Tech Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Office of the CISO (CISO)! This role specifically will lead strategic programs that will transform and optimize the enterprise. You will be responsible for program strategy, development, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget. Identify workstreams and monitor the execution of the program per scope, schedule, resourcing, and budget Establish team structure for each workstream, providing direction to project leads and coordinators on various workstreams to manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks to the overall program Create and monitor measures of success / KPIs for the program Partner with Change Management to identify a change management strategy and plan to ensure business readiness, engagement, and adoption Establish governance structure, handling any issues and proactively mitigating risks Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across various business units and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as an escalation point on risks, issues, and decisions, course-correcting as needed Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on program status, milestones, and key performance metrics. Establish program rhythm of business – including communications, status reports, and readouts to stakeholders and leadership Design and deliver executive-level presentations as needed Bring an outstanding blend of business and technical acumen Ensure the use of program management best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance project execution efficiency and effectiveness. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated knowledge of program and project management methodologies – waterfall, agile, kanban, etc. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, program development, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment. Proficiency in program management software and tools to facilitate efficient program planning, tracking, and reporting. Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to develop effective partnerships across the company to engage, align, and gain stakeholder buy-in. Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentation formats to all levels of the organization from team members to executives Ability to give executive summaries to any level of leadership is key Strong organization and time management skills to keep programs on track Ability to manage effectively in fast paced environment with multiple deadlines and competing priorities Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level processes and the interplay between functions, particularly Product Management and Engineering, Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Technology Services, Finance and Accounting.
