Job Description Job Summary: The Dealer Sales Manager II is responsible for the management and cultivation of an assigned market. One must have the ability to foster profitable relationships promoting application and loan growth. Consistently educating our dealers on the value and details of the Exeter program. Effectively collaborate with origination team members daily providing an excellent dealer experience. Job Duties: 1. Performance Excellence Develop and maintain dealer partnerships, selling the value of Exeter’s program. Develop and execute business strategy within assigned market that drives application and loan volume growth. Consistently meets assigned objectives Develop and manage market zones, maximizing quality dealer visits Cultivate the market identifying unsigned dealer opportunities. Extensive planning and preparation utilizing Exeter’s reporting resources. Prompt completion of administrative and team tasks to include but not limited to expense and travel. Utilizing the latest industry and market trends, identify opportunities for product improvements and new product opportunities 2. People Excellence Effectively collaborate with originations and dealer services to problem solve market challenges. Involves others as appropriate to accomplish individual and team goals. Clear, concise, and professional in communication. Responds openly and swiftly to others. 3. Service Excellence Foster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of personal and team goals. Effectively communicate to develop strong partnerships with dealers enhancing dealer experience. Effectively communicates process problems and potential solutions across business units Suggests process and practice improvement ideas for sales region and team. Identify any technical opportunities for training and make that training available to DSM. Be prepared to participate and lead in new hire training when appropriate. Education and Work Experience: High School diploma / GED Three (3) plus years of successful automotive sales experience. Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products with focus on Excel and PowerPoint No major incidences on driving record in the past 5 years. Job Description Job Summary The Gap Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing and processing required functions in accordance to Gap requirements, established service levels and processes. The Gap Specialist will review, facilitate and complete Gap claims on qualifying accounts and perform the required functions within the Gap accounts in accordance to regulations, policies, procedures with responsibilities including, but not limited to, reviewing accounts identified as potentially eligible for a Gap claim, performing appropriate calculations to determine claim amount processing and received, processing accounts into and closing Gap claims which also include the development and issuing of Insurance Deficiency Letters for remaining balance collections after the Total Loss and Gap claim process is completed. Gap account processing will be performed based on verbal and written notifications of a Gap claim. Communication requirements include but are not limited to internal and external customers, gap companies, as well as vendors in accordance to requirements, policy and procedures. Job Duties Handle and process assigned volume within Gap claim processes for appropriate handling within established SLA. Service Potential and Actual Gap claim calls within established call handling and correspondence requirements Complete end to end Gap claim functions with accuracy and in compliance with regulations, policy and procedure Assist other departments as well as Total Loss and Insurance Repair as needed. Other duties as assigned. Education and Work Experience High school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of experience in servicing center environment Experience in Gap claim process preferred Knowledge of Gap claim regulations, requirements and structure preferred General knowledge of collections policies and procedures and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Established verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
