Primary Purpose Assists with the implementation of the Supply Chain Process, inventory management, and investment recovery processes and programs. Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Primary Duties • Assist with activities that successfully implement the Supply Chain Process. • Assist in the implementation of inventory management and investment recovery practices; analysis of inventory performance measures; and investment recovery efforts. • Assist Category Managers in the maintenance and implementation of contracts and purchase orders and the associated databases. • Assist with the day to day process resolution including: un-enterable invoices, supplier changes and adds, unit of measure changes, economies of scale identification and changes. • Assist with the processes that monitor and manage supplier relationships, and performance oversight. • Assist with the implementation of changes to customer requirements on material requests, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, vendor exceptions, receiving reconciliation, engineering specifications, category IDs, and business unit disputes with the suppliers, deviations from normal Supply processes, and emergent requests. • Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned Job Scope • Assist with the implementation of sourcing activities related to the purchase of materials or services. • Assist and support the Implementation of Strategic Sourcing objectives and alliance partnerships to ensure consistent quality of material and timely delivery, price savings, and overall supply chain improvements. • Assist maintaining a qualified supplier pool is available. • Assist the Implementation of supplier performance monitoring and associated performance improvement initiatives. Primary Purpose Manage Information Technology projects consisting of cross-functional teams involving multiple IT disciplines and areas including contract resources. Responsible for managing the scope, schedule, budget projects and programs. Leads project teams through business case / funding approval process, initiation, execution and project closeout in accordance with IT Management Model and PMI standards. These projects have budgets that will typically range from $250K to $15 million. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies. Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Primary Duties Responsible and accountable for overall project performance for projects, subprojects, processes, new technology programs, information technology and organizational initiatives. (35%) Ensures project costs, schedule and scope are managed, including the development of recovery plans, to stay within approved limits. (20%) Identify and obtain project team resources with the assistance of Manager/Project Management. When supporting projects, helps ensure all team resources are identified and obtained. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in project management, Informational Systems or Computer Science or related discipline and 4-7 years of project management or related experience. In lieu of degree, 6-9 years of relevant experience. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the effective use of the project management tools in complex applications. Advanced project planning skills. Demonstrates proficiency in project risk management and resolving project issues in practical applications of a difficult nature. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate highly technical information in non-technical terminology where the messages is of difficult nature, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to deliver work aligning to project management principles & framework. Knowledge, training, and experience allowing for successful demonstration of quality management techniques for large projects. Demonstrated ability to implement and control medium size projects. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Performance Indicators to successfully meet broad work objectives. Demonstrates proficiency of project tracking and reporting in practical applications of a difficult nature. Certified associate in project management (CAPM) or achieve CAPM within two years of job entry (PMP certification will fulfill this requirement). Primary Purpose The Sr Manager, DOT Compliance provides enterprise-wide governance, oversight, and subject matter expertise to ensure full compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. This role oversees the accuracy, completeness, and audit-readiness of Driver Qualification Files (DQF), continuous license monitoring, and related compliance documentation. The position serves as Exelon's regulatory liaison for DOT/FMCSA matters and drives continuous improvement to reduce compliance risk across all operating companies. Primary Duties Provide governance and oversight to ensure enterprise-wide compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and state-specific transportation regulations, including management of driver qualification files, motor vehicle record (MVR) reviews, and associated compliance workflows.
