Job Summary: Excelerate seeks a local Supply Chain Specialist responsible for all International LNG Fleet Vessels located in Europe as well as local purchases. The Specialist will be responsible for expediting and logistics of all goods, services, and equipment to ensure on-time delivery of goods to job or project sites, by maintaining schedules regarding transit times, progress and deadlines. Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized. Initiates contact and follow up with vendors for purchased materials to assure on-time delivery based on Purchase Order Terms. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following activities: • The Supply Chain Procurement Specialist needs to ensure that the EE Policies, Procedures and Processes are implemented, enforced and, when applicable, developed, and improved. • Monitor and optimize total costs, while respecting the goods or service requirements and delivery criteria. • Maintain day to day relations with the internal clients on Supply Chain related topics. • Review and attentively monitor and enforce compliance of all internal clients and stakeholders with procedures, suggesting procedural improvements to his/her manager. • Demonstrate the ability to identify different areas in the workplace, the risks associated with each and a basic understanding of the regulations. • Monitor and negotiate with local & International vendors and deliveries associated with purchases. • In charge of the full order cycle and making sure that ordered goods are delivered to the end user. • Work based on priority and criticality of Requisitions for materials or services to be delivered on time to the vessels. • Negotiates prices, delivery times and payment terms with local and international vendors and pushes or pulling in orders based on project requirements. • Collaborate with applicable Supply Chain/Sourcing/Technical teams/Business Management as appropriate to source and launch Request for Quote (RFQ) and support negotiations and final supplier selection to optimize service/product quality, total cost and lead-time. • Educated in Supply chain Management or with significant knowledge and experience in the Supply chain area. • Liaise with the procurement and logistic dept. to follow up on the OS&D process (Overage, shortage, or Damage) • Obtain supplier quotes and forward to Requisitioner with Supply Chain recommendations considering optimal total cost, quality, delivery time, delivery place, Terms & Conditions, and risk. • Have the ability to negotiated Contract and MSA with critical vendors. • Support the sourcing strategy for fleet procurement. • Management of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams • Assist with customs clearance issues with agents and obtain needed information as required by the logistic department. • Track POs for proper reception in the system NS and close out activities. • Keep updated the compliance log: tracking, documentation validity, regular systems update and review, weekly, monthly and KPI reports. • Follow up with Vessel agent and supply Boat regarding local delivery to vessels and terminals logistics. Working Conditions Work is performed primarily on-site at The Woodlands corporate office. May be subject to standard office noise levels and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.). JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Manager helps support Excelerate’s current and future global projects as part of the infrastructure team. The Senior Manager will work closely with other individuals in the Infrastructure, Operations, and Commercial teams. This position will lead the development and implementation of new projects and support the engineering needs of Company’s existing assets. Working within the project team on onshore/offshore feasibility, conceptual, pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, and EPC phase of the project. • Preparation of technical scopes of work for site investigation programs such as design of pipelines, mooring terminals. • Preparation of technical scopes of work for Pre-feasibility and feasibility studies such as high-level conceptual designs, cost estimates, schedule, and risks for the purpose of screening, concept selection and definition and detailed designs including onshore pipelines, offshore gas export systems and terminals. • Be able to perform project management duties, including management of internal resources and external contractors and vendors, definition of project scope, schedule, and budget. • Provide analysis, reports, and review of contractual requirements regarding project controls and its scheduling. • Effectively oversee and perform detailed review of relevant submittals by Company’s consultants. Ensure that all deliverables have been prepared to the full requirements of relevant agreements. • Ensure designs and analyses are performed in compliance with the established latest design rules and standards. • Overall responsibility for the scheduling and monitoring the quality of the work procedure. • Provides support to or directly overseas fabrications, fit test, and / or system integration testing of installation aids and construction /equipment. • Effectively manage interfaces between internal and external parties to ensure full alignment and a detailed and complete understanding of all projects needs and requirements. • Support Permitting expert in development of necessary environmental and permitting documentations. • Participate in activities pertinent to project risk analysis, evaluation, remediation, and integration of data. • Ensuring the project’s compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
