As an Events & Activation Producer, you'll be the architect of our field presence, producing seamless events and creating memorable brand experiences that drive trial and awareness in your local market. About the Role The Events & Activation Producer is a scrappy, hands-on event production specialist responsible for end-to-end activation production and management. From securing permits and managing storage units, you'll handle all the moving parts that bring Everyday Dose experiences to life. You're part problem solver, part logistics coordinator, part brand guardian, ensuring every activation runs flawlessly while building and managing the experiential assets that bring our story to consumers. This is a Remote role but preferred locations are listed below: Austin, TX Dallas, TX Miami, FL Tampa Bay, FL Sarasota, FL NYC, NY Brooklyn, NY San Diego, CA Los Angeles, CA San Francisco, CA Chicago, IL Activation Production & Execution Develop detailed run-of-shows and production timelines for each activation Lead full activation setup, including site preparation, equipment installation, and brand environment creation Execute real-time troubleshooting and problem-solving during activations Ensure consistent brand standards and premium consumer experience across all touchpoints Manage breakdown and site restoration, leaving venues better than found Document activation performance through photos, consumer feedback, and engagement metrics Collaborate with your Field Manager or Director of Events & Partnerships to align on market strategy and activation priorities Infrastructure & Operations Management Manage a dedicated storage unit containing product inventory, equipment, and activation materials Maintain detailed inventory systems and forecast supply needs across multiple activations Oversee equipment maintenance, including coffee cambros (beverage dispensers), tents, tables, and branded infrastructure Coordinate transportation logistics for equipment and products to/from activation sites Track all expenses and provide comprehensive post-activation reporting and analysis Team Building & Staffing Recruit, train, and manage a roster of skilled production assistants capable of delivering exceptional consumer experiences Create production staffing schedules optimized for activation success and team development Foster a results-driven team culture focused on achieving trial and engagement targets Qualifications 2+ years' experience in event production, experiential marketing, or activation management (CPG, beverage, wellness, or agency experience preferred) Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple activations and deadlines simultaneously Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to work independently and solve problems creatively Physical capability to handle event setup/breakdown, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends Excellent relationship-building skills with vendors, venues, and team members Detail-oriented with experience managing budgets, timelines, and complex logistics Must have a valid driver's license Bonus points for reliable transportation Competitive hourly compensation with performance-based bonuses Autonomy to build and manage your activations like your own business Growth opportunities within Everyday Dose's rapidly expanding field marketing organization The chance to pioneer functional coffee culture in your community Access to product, equipment, and resources needed to execute world-class activations #J-18808-Ljbffr Everyday Dose Inc
The Social Media Manager will create, schedule, and publish high-quality content primarily for Instagram, while also managing organic strategies for TikTok and YouTube. Everyday Dose is hiring a Social Media Manager to take charge of our organic Instagram presence. This role is about creating, scheduling, and publishing high-quality content that educates, entertains, and grows our audience across primary channels. Key Responsibilities Content Calendar & Strategy Build and maintain a rolling 30-day organic content calendar, primarily for Instagram. Collaborate with the internal team on TikTok to plan and align organic content, leaving room for trend-driven posts. Manage organic YouTube strategy, producing content, and repurposing from Instagram/TikTok Content Creation & Publishing Create, schedule, and publish 3–4 high-quality Instagram posts per week for the first 45 days; scale to 1 post/day by 90 days. Develop content across key buckets: Prospective customers (entertaining/educational skits) Current customers (recipes, lifestyle tips, product use) Aspirational Everyday Dose customers (hero content) Collaborate with the internal team to source creators and content. Incorporate feedback and review processes. Engagement & Brand Presence Proactively comment and engage on other relevant accounts to amplify Everyday Dose’s presence and voice with brand-aligned interactions. Performance & KPIs Ensure content is published on schedule with consistent quality. Drive account growth (metrics determined based on ad spend) Deliver engagement results that meet or exceed the top 10% of our historical performance. 2–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community management, preferably within a CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brand. Hands on experience developing content from filming to editing using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut. Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences. Portfolio or examples of past social campaigns. Strong understanding of social platforms and their best practices. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Ability to balance creativity with data-driven thinking and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for wellness, social media trends, and storytelling.
