Position Overview: We are hiring a Risk Engineer to join our founding team and architect world-class risk infrastructure for our $1B+ AUM institutional DeFi vaults. In this role, you'll be building automated monitoring systems, evaluating protocol risks, and implementing safeguards that enable competitive yield generation while protecting billions in digital assets. You'll collaborate with a tight-knit team to structure foundational risk systems designed to evolve and expand with our growing platform. We are looking for someone who deeply understands DeFi mechanics, loves solving complex risk problems, and wants to shape institutional DeFi adoption. This role is based in one of our North American hubs and is in office 4x per week.
