Must Haves: • Product coordinator role, very organized strong work ethic, invested in learning more about the processes • Can take direction and execute tasks. • High communication - information seeking, tracking information, explaining process • During the interview, they should be able to provide strong examples of their organization process and thought process for fundamentals, including diverse examples of their past experiences Nice to Haves: • Has a strong interest in sneakers, huge plus if they have footwear design knowledge • Bachelors degree • Has worked in a corporate environment Job Description: • Primary responsibility is daily shipment coordinator management to support NSW Icons, Lab, Energy, and product testing categories. • Additionally, engineering & material development if they have a need for support. • Daily opening of shipment boxes received twice a day and distribution of box contents to all developers in all 3 categories. • Some of the daily shipments of samples won't all go to developers but will be sorted into holding boxes designated for marketing, design, or merch. • Boxes that coordinator would build and organize based on current location guidelines and process. • Eventually overseeing and managing a sample management process in totality for all 3 categories. • As needed, if there are missing samples or boxes in daily shipments that didn't make it to designated areas in MH, connect with PHK shipping and receiving team to track down and retrieve missing packages to finish distribution to correct MH recipient. • If there are mis-ships received in our area, determine correct recipient and coordinate time/place for them to pickup or interoffice. • Once sample coordinator management is up and running, will start with learning entry level footwear development work to support both Icons and Lab category. • Although working on eventual footwear development projects, sample coordinator management is still primary focus and daily top priority. • Sample coordinator management work will be every day until daily completion, for the entire duration of the ETW contract. • Will receive formal and complete training on sample coordinator management and footwear development work to ensure success.
