Support guest hospitality and event administration to ensure smooth event operations. | Coordinate guest services, assist with event planning and onsite operations, and perform administrative duties. | This is a dual-focus support role combining guest hospitality with event administration. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors while working closely with lead coordinators to ensure seamless event operations. - Guest Services & Hostessing: Greet attendees warmly, manage check-ins, verify guest lists, and direct people to designated seating, rooms, or activities. - Event Coordination Support: Assist with pre-event planning, track RSVPs, organize registration materials, and communicate timelines to staff. - Onsite Operations: Help with room setup and breakdown, place signage, manage coat checks or inquiries, and resolve minor guest issues. - Administrative Duties: Answer phone calls, respond to general inquiries, update schedules, and maintain organized records. - Collaboration: Liaise with vendors, caterers, and internal teams to keep programs running on schedule.
