What you will do: • Manage a portfolio of renewals by collaborating with Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions team members, partners, and customers. • Continue the transformation of our renewals processes and practices to ensure they seamlessly integrate and are easy for partners and customers. • Create and manage the timely generation of renewal quotes, including validation, auditing, and management of all aspects of the process. • Create and maintain accurate and timely renewals forecasts, including risk identification and mitigation. • Coordinate with external parties and the sales team to accomplish on-time renewals, maintaining a minimum 85% retention rate (renewal/refresh). • Identify and execute upsell opportunities, including co-termination and multi-year renewals. The skills you bring: Basic Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of service renewal experience with an emphasis on a channel (preferably networking industry and/or SaaS company). • Expert working knowledge of the service business, including co-termination, service terms, terms, and conditions. • Experience and knowledge in negotiating with partners and customers with a focus on value. • Experience working with both internal and external customers in a multi-tier channel environment. • Strong communication skills to convey complex service concepts clearly and accurately to internal and client-facing teams at all management levels. • Proficient with analytics and associated tools (i.e., Excel, Access, Tableau, etc.). • Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must, as problem resolution with Sales, Customer Support, Customers, and Finance are key components of the job. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities. • Results-oriented team player with strong attention to detail.
