Incumbent will serve as the primary quality auditor for key areas around the group and member level implementation processes. Incumbent will drive a positive experience for the timely and accurate implementation of each client through collaboration leaders within implementation. Incumbent will focus on quality audits, data analysis and roll up as well as frequent review of best known practices to assure audit efficiencies are met. Incumbent will assist with the development and refinement of the end-to-end implementation process. Responsibilities • Ensure Accuracy and compliance of operations specifically relating to the Implementation process • Provide feedback on missed parameters to auditee’s • Track trends and provide feedback to Leaders • Consistently be reviewing/determining if parameters should be changed to better meet the needs of the team/company • Monthly Rollups of SLAS and Quality sent to leadership • Weekly rollups sent to IEM/IR and Leader every Friday of audits completed that week. • Ensure proper protocols and SOP’s are followed. • Maintain, Update and Change the audit program based on new criteria/parameters developed through change of processes or development of new processes. • Collaboration- Work closely with Implementation Leadership to develop new criteria or updated criteria for audits as well as letting the managers know when auditee’s could have potential coaching opportunities. • SOX compliance related data gathering The base salary range for this position is $47,000 - $60,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Equitable Pay and Benefits: Equitable Total Rewards Program Qualifications Required Qualifications • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience in Group Employee Benefits, Insurance Operations, Account Management or Quality Audit Experience • Time Management • Attention to Detail- Auditor must be willing to dive into the details a be meticulous in their examination of the cases Organized • Critical Thinking- Auditor must be able to examine, assess and effectively communicate the results of their findings. • Communication and Collaboration- The auditor role works closely with Implementation management to assess and communicate issues with audits as well as developing the audit program. • Confidential/Integrity- The auditor must always be confidential as they are providing feedback to the employee and management. • Objectivity- Auditors must maintain unbiased or impartial perspectives. • Self-Starter- The auditor must be someone who doesn’t need a lot of encouragement to complete their work, this should be someone that has a daily/weekly plan. Work Hours: 8 Hour shift to be worked between 8AM-7PM EST (as to be determined by your leadership) Preferred Qualifications • SalesForce experience is a plus Skills Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Internal Controls: Knowledge of concept, methods, and processes of internal control; ability to create, implement, evaluate and enhance processes in internal controls. Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance. Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
