Territory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. Pay: $70,000-400,000/yr Total Compensation ($24,000 base salary + Uncapped commission with no market restrictions) Primary Responsibilities Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. New business development and Client acquisition/Account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Tell them about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. In other words, educate them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems! Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conducts sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience. Primary Responsibilities • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for climate control equipment (including HVAC, dehumidification, and more) across a variety of vertical markets. • Support sales activities by assisting reps with customer-facing engagements, product recommendations, and application-based solution development. • Conduct job walks, site assessments, and needs evaluations to size and design appropriate temporary climate control solutions. • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. • Assist in quoting specialized equipment packages tailored to customer project specifications. • Lead project management efforts for large or complex job setups, including coordination of logistics, commissioning and operation. • Deliver ongoing product and application training to internal sales and operations teams to improve technical capabilities. • Stay current with emerging technologies and product innovations by collaborating with internal product teams and manufacturers. • Participate in sales presentations with internal teams, offering technical credibility and application expertise. Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred. • Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC or climate control-related roles. • Previous experience in a customer-facing pre-sales technical support role strongly preferred. Physical Requirements: • Ability to walk job sites, climb stairs/ladders, and evaluate equipment setups. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds periodically. • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • This is a safety-sensitive position; candidates must pass a 10-panel drug screen.
