Supports complex, large-scale workforce transformations through strategic moves and organizational design. Implements and activates forward thinking organizational design structures and operating models aligned to Equinix's strategic vision, leveraging the cross-functional partners as needed for complex design initiatives and leading smaller design efforts through strategic partnership with senior leaders. Partners with business leaders to maximize organizational effectiveness and ensures alignment with E-Team decisionsBuilds Future Ready Teams: Lead the creation and execution of talent strategies, facilitating talent motions, projects, and initiatives that build critical capabilities and talent to deliver on the Equinix strategy. This includes yearly talent assessment, rewards allocation, talent reviews and succession planning, partnering in senior leader talent acquisition, etc.Enables Effective Change Adoption: Serves as a critical enabler of organizational transformation and strategy through robust change and communication efforts, cross-functional partnership, and supporting change adoption through employee engagement. Reinforces enterprise communications and activation activities within the business, including communication cascades, all-staff messaging, etc.Leverages Data Insights to Drive Improvement and Innovation: Senses and scans internal and external factors to maintain pulse on current state, review trends, and predict future needs. Brings the right people and data together to shape insights and complete root cause diagnostics regarding people organizational dynamics for the business and translates this insight into sustainable solutions.
