Lead and develop content strategies across multiple digital platforms to grow audience engagement and support brand initiatives. | Requires 5+ years in content management, proficiency with analytics tools, SEO, social media, and familiarity with WordPress and AI tools, plus horse experience. | Are you driven by a love for storytelling, digital strategy, and all things equestrian? We're looking for an experienced Content Manager to lead our editorial team and content vision for top-performing English discipline content sites. You'll manage talented editors and freelance contributors, shape multi-channel content across web, social, video, and podcasts, and drive measurable audience growth in the equestrian space. This is more than just a content role-it's a chance to lead creative strategy in a dynamic, horse-centered environment. Ideal candidates are both skilled strategists and hands-on creators who understand what resonates with riders, trainers, and equine enthusiasts. What You'll Do: • Manage freelance assignments and staff editors to deliver engaging, high-quality content. • Develop and execute strategic content plans across digital platforms-web, social media, video, email, and podcasts. • Manage content calendars, workflows, and budgets to keep projects on schedule and on brand. • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement using data-driven insights. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support key initiatives. • Represent the brand across digital channels, podcasts, and webinars as a knowledgeable equestrian voice. What We're Looking For: • 5+years of experience in content management or related digital media experience. • Proven success driving audience growth and engagement across multiple formats. • Proficiency with Google Analytics. • Strong grasp of SEO, analytics, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social). • Familiarity with AI tools for content planning. • WordPress experience preferred. • A collaborative, data-driven, and creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Horse experience-especially within English disciplines (dressage, hunters, jumpers, or eventing)-is highly desired. Join us to lead content that educates, entertains, and inspires passionate equestrians every day.
