Assist with inventory accounting, reserves, and financial analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams. | Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA, and experience with general ledger, audit support, and analytical skills. | Senior Accountant - Inventory Full time - Direct Placement The Senior Accountant - Inventory will report to the Manager of Inventory and collaborate with other members of the HQ accounting team on month-end and year-end close processes. This role is a key part of the Accounting team, providing oversight primarily related to inventory, inventory reserves, and the associated cost of goods sold. Responsibilities include assisting with technical research on complex accounting areas in these domains. Responsibilities Accounting: • Participate in the month-end close process, including the preparation and/or review of journal entries, account reconciliations, variance explanations and other financial information and supporting schedules. • Lead the analysis and management of inventory reserves to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. • Develop and implement strategies to monitor and optimize inventory reserves, minimizing risk and financial exposure. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, and finance to assess inventory valuation and reserve requirements. • Ensure adherence to company policies and external regulations related to inventory accounting and reserves. • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and support. • Analyze financial data and trends to identify variances, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned areas of responsibility and interact with all levels of management regarding issues related to these specific areas. • Assist in the design and implementation of new controls in response to process changes, system implementations, or identified deficiencies from internal/external audits. • Other duties as assigned Experience, Education, and Abilities: Experience Requirements Requirements include but may not be limited to the following: • Bachelor's Degree in accounting • CPA Required • Public Accounting background preferred • Basic knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures as relates to general ledger accounting • PeopleSoft experience preferred • Strong analytical skills • Problem solving abilities • Detail oriented Position Performance Measures: • Timely completion of tasks (maintaining/meeting deadlines on a daily/monthly and ad hoc basis) • Quality of tasks (accuracy - lacking errors and providing meaningful documentation to support entries and/or position when decisions are made) • Capacity (ability to maintain / manage volume of locations – which can be impacted by the complexity of said locations/business)

Manufacturing Technicians will be trained and follow standard operating procedures, environmental health and safety guidelines and any other related regulations which could apply to the specific job. Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) will be followed during the manufacturing of our medical devices and associated device documentation. Equipment used by the Manufacturing Technician will depend on the specific job. Essential Job Duties • Perform one or more functions on the assembly lines including but not limited to: o washing components or equipment o wrapping components and or equipment for sterilization o assembly or gluing of components o packaging and sealing of devices o preparing devices for sterilization o final packaging or labeling of products • Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain in GMP fashion. • Operate general production equipment (sealers, autoclave, stir plates, etc.) • Receive and distribute supplies into the production area as necessary. • Adhere to all safety protocols and wear proper safety gear at all times while on the manufacturing or warehouse floor • Maintain reliable attendance • Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) • Complete required training in a timely manner • Perform other duties as assigned Work Environment • May require work in a clean room environment wearing special garments and PPE (e.g. scrubs, hair bonnets, frocks, hoods, masks, gloves, safety glasses) based on the Class level for each Clean Room. • Overtime may be required at times. • Some job duties may be performed on a rotating basis Physical Requirements • Ability to sit or stand for minimum of 8 hours, with breaks provided throughout the shift • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds individually or up to 65 pounds as part of a team lift. • Occasional pushing of carts with product or containers of solutions • Occasional pulling of carts with product or containers of solutions • Repetitive hand motion • Requires frequent object handling • Requires frequent fine hand coordination. • Requires frequent simple hand grasping. • Requires frequent firm hand grasping. • Requirement of 20/25 vision (with or without corrective lenses) • Required Qualifications/Certifications • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent • Prior manufacturing experience is preferred not required for this entry level role • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must have basic English written and oral communication skills adequate to communicate with other team members • Understand verbal and written safety and quality instructions and read and comprehend written work instructions including words in English and drawings • Must be able to perform basic mathematics Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Our client is seeking a software engineer to develop cloud hosted back-end elements of a data warehouse and processing pipeline for robotics and autonomous systems data. Robotic systems generate a large volume of data from sensors and internal processing. Storing and reusing that data to validate and develop new autonomy algorithms is a crucial element of building innovative and robust autonomy capability. The data engineer will work in a team of autonomy-, front-end-, and devops-focused engineers to conceive, architect, and implement data and processing systems that accelerate and enhance autonomous systems prototyping. Required Qualifications: • Extensive hands-on experience building web application back-end systems and APIs using Node.js (preferred) or Flask. • Strong experience interfacing with document and relational databases as well as search tools. • Demonstrated ability to design and architect back-end systems and APIs. Ability to communicate and iterate on the design with stakeholders using effective diagrams and verbal discussions. • Experience working in small teams and owning responsibility for many elements across the back-end. • Professional approach to software development with habitual application of software engineering best practices. Passion for producing high-quality artifacts. • Expertise with Linux-based development environment using open-source technology stacks.
