Provide pre- and post-sale technical support, product demonstrations, training, and technical expertise to internal and external clients for large copiers and printers. | 2-5 years of large printer/copier technical support experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, travel up to 50%, and experience with resellers and product training. | Technical Sales Support Field Representative, Large Copiers and Printers Epson, a global technology leader with a long history of innovative technology, award winning products and industry leading performance has an exciting opportunity for Technical Sales Support Specialist who can utilize their hardware and software technical skills to help customers use our products to the utmost capacity. This position will primarily focus on pre-sale technical support for Epson's line of business inkjet printers and copiers within the US and Canada. You will partner up with internal clients (Commercial Account Managers, Advance Product Support, and ourProduct Managers) and provide support and expertise to our external clients (Commercial End-Users, Resellers, and Distributors) to ensure that all of their requirements are met. This is a remote position and it is preferred the Technical Sales Support Specialist reside in Texas or Illinois near a major airport. Responsibilities: • Provides pre- and post- sale technical support to both Dealers and Commercial End-User Customers • Collaborates with CAM to prepare and deliver product demonstrations and training (includes participation intrade shows, dealer meetings and sales meetings) • Assists customers with product configuration, integration, system interface requirements, and installation • Provides technical expertise to Sales Region • Provides technical feedback to Product Management based on customer contact • Provides support for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application • Collaborates with product management to develop and deliver training • Leverages industry knowledge and experience to identify competitive technical advantages and recommendappropriate solutions • Prepares and delivers strategic product demonstrations for existing and prospective customers • Understands and can explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Develops original technical documentation for supported customers Requirements: • 2-5 years of large laser printer/copier technical support experience is highly preferred • Experience dealing with resellers and end-user customers • Experience with product demonstrations and training clients post and pre-sales • Ability to lift and carry devices up to 50 lbs • Up to 50% travel is required Employee Benefits In addition to joining a team of dedicated professionals who support each other and are passionate about their work, you'll also enjoy a variety of attractive, industry-leading benefits. • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage eligibility on start date • Generous paid time off, including sick time, vacation, and holidays • Income protection plans, including life insurance and short-term and long-term disability programs paid by the company • 401K plan with company matching • Educational reimbursement, employee assistant program (EAP), adoption assistance, employee discounts and much more!
