Responsibilities What You'll Achieve You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and annual HR programs. You will help build a positive and productive workplace culture through collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication. In this role, you will: • Lead and support HR initiatives such as talent management, annual merit reviews, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities. • Serve as a coach to leaders on organizational design and complex people related matters, in partnership with HR leadership. • Partner with leadership to deliver feedback, manage employee relations, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning & Development to deliver a seamless HR experience. • Use HR analytics and reporting to identify trends and develop data-driven recommendations that enhance productivity, morale, and retention. What You'll Bring With You Key Responsibilities • Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, drive engagement, and strengthen performance. • Coach and advise leaders on organizational effectiveness and complex people matters. • Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary actions, reductions in force (RIFs), and terminations with professionalism and compliance. • Coach and advise employees and managers on performance improvement and conflict resolution. • Coordinate employee transfers, promotions, and organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions. • Serve as the first point of contact for HR matters and provide on-site support for local office initiatives. • Run and analyze HRIS reports (e.g., turnover, recognition, promotion data) to support business needs. • Conduct exit interviews and share actionable insights with leadership. • Lead and contribute to HR projects, org restructuring, workforce planning, and succession management.
