The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Financial Services Cloud features, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. Responsibilities: • Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). • Work on client requirements related to banking, wealth management, and insurance processes. • Develop data models, workflows, dashboards, and reports tailored to financial services. • Integrate Salesforce with external applications and APIs. • Support testing, deployment, and user training. Required Skills: • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2+ years in Financial Services Cloud. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows), and security model. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware). • Salesforce certifications (Admin, FSC, or Consultant) preferred. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
