WHAT YOU WILL DO: The IT Logistics Warehouse Lead is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of IT logistics operations within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role combines hands-on technical and inventory responsibilities with team leadership, process adherence, and performance management. The Lead serves as the primary escalation point for the team, ensures compliance with global SOPs, and drives operational excellence across inbound, processing, inventory, and outbound functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Leadership Lead daily IT logistics operations, ensuring performance across service, quality, accuracy, safety, and cost KPIs. Take a hands-on approach while coordinating and delegating tasks across the team. Act as the primary point of escalation for process, system, or operational issues. Drive adherence to global SOPs and lead standard creation or updates when required. Foster a positive team environment and support engagement, accountability, and performance. Technical & Process Execution Diagnose and recommend cosmetic or OS repairs as required. Troubleshoot internal systems and resolve operational issues. Assist with inbound shipments, including receiving, inspection, and processing of equipment. Oversee monthly cycle counts and inventory control activities. Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Maintain data integrity across all systems and processes. Performance & Administrative Responsibilities Manage timecards for all warehouse associates under direct supervision. Provide daily performance reporting and updates to management. Manage partner deadlines and ETAs related to provisioning and order completion. Support preparation of reports and documentation for key stakeholders. Customer & Cross-Functional Support • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible service and cost outcomes. • Interact professionally with customers and internal partners. • Travel to customer sites within the region to support urgent or escalated requests when needed. Continuous Improvement & Team Development • Identify and implement waste reduction and process improvement initiatives. • Support talent development, cross-training, and capability building within the team. • Share best practices and contribute to best-in-class operational standards. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: 3–5 years’ experience leading teams in a fast-paced or challenging operational environment. Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or IT asset management preferred. Proven ability to deliver results against performance targets and KPIs. Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive service approach. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs Proficiency with spreadsheets and performance metrics tracking. Degree preferred but not required. ABOUT THE ROLE: As an Order Intake Associate at EOS IT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing, data accuracy, and high-quality customer service. You will work both independently and collaboratively within a team to support our customers and internal departments, efficiently. For customers, you will serve as a point of contact, assisting with queries about pricing, orders and deliveries and provide support for external sales representatives. A good knowledge of customer service best practices with experience is preferable, alongside a willingness to learn. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Produce accurate quotations based on customer requirements. • Process sales orders and customer purchase orders. • Verify data accuracy in quotations, orders, and invoices. • Communicate with clients to obtain missing information or resolve inquiries. • Maintain and update sales and customer records. • Provide feedback from customers to internal teams to enhance services. • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. • Follow up with inactive customers to validate quotes and requirements. • Adhere to company policies and procedures. • Support and assist the Customer Account Team. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Competence in working with data and metrics. • Candidates with administrative experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply.
