Job Description We are looking for a Software Engineer who thrives on ownership and innovation. In this role, you will design and implement features across web and backend systems, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance. What You’ll Do Own the design and implementation of features across web and backend systems. Develop functions aligned with service architecture that are testable, maintainable, and scalable. Debug complex issues and optimize performance for efficiency and reliability. Participate in code and design reviews, providing constructive feedback. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using systematic approaches. Size tasks appropriately, clarify expectations, and communicate progress clearly. Escalate blockers promptly and document solutions while maintaining coding standards. Propose improvements for development practices and processes. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3+ years of software engineering experience. Strong coding and debugging skills with proficiency in PHP and object-oriented programming. Experience working independently with PHP outside of frameworks. Comfortable with Linux command line and SQL databases. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS3. Familiarity with Agile methodology. Understanding of security best practices and observability principles. Ability to manage the full lifecycle of features independently. Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset. Nice-to-Have: Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Job Description The References & Reputation Manager plays a key role in strengthening Ensora Health’s brand presence and credibility in the market. This role leads key reputation‑building programs—including customer references, online reviews, and credibility assets across our digital ecosystem. Partnering closely with corporate marketing and cross‑functional teams, this individual ensures Ensora Health’s story is told accurately, consistently, and compellingly, driving greater trust and influence across the healthcare community. What You’ll Do Own and manage Ensora Health’s customer reference program, including proactive outreach to high‑CSAT and high‑NPS customers to develop written case studies, video testimonials, and testimonial quotes. Conduct outreach and coordinate joint speaking engagements with customers for priority industry events throughout the year. Collaborate with writers, designers, video producers, web teams, and broader marketing stakeholders to produce high‑quality, on‑brand customer reference content. Partner with corporate marketing to deliver polished, externally ready assets that elevate brand credibility and support demand‑generation initiatives. Manage and optimize Ensora Health’s profiles on key review platforms (e.g., G2, Capterra, Trustpilot), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards. Increase positive review volume by engaging satisfied customers, executing review outreach campaigns, and administering compliant incentive programs. Track and analyze performance metrics across review platforms and reference programs; identify opportunities to enhance overall market perception. Maintain and update website credibility elements—such as partner logos, certifications, accreditations, associations, and awards—to ensure accuracy and brand alignment. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of experience in reputation management, customer marketing, brand marketing, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing review platforms and engaging with customers to drive advocacy and participation.
