Design and deliver training programs to build skills and confidence across the organization. | Requires bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in training development and facilitation with strong communication and organizational skills. | Overview Responsible for supporting the talent development department in planning, coordination, and delivery of impactful training programs that builds role readiness, job-specific skills, and confidence at all levels of the organization. Partners with leaders and subject managers to create effective training, facilitate sessions, support post-training application, and continuously improve learning programs. Responsibilities • Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to design training solutions, align content with business needs and coordinate training schedules. • Facilitate engaging training sessions and skill-building workshops in both virtual and in-person environments for learners at all levels. • Create high-quality learning materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, videos, job aids and other resources. • Reinforce post-training learning by supporting leaders to ensure consistent application of new skills and behaviors. • Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, observation, assessments, performance metrics, and follow-up conversations to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement. • Monitor learner progress and performance during onboarding and early role transition periods, including the first 90 days when applicable. • Recommend improvements to training content, delivery methods, processes, policies, and procedures based on learner outcomes, business priorities, and performance data. • Maintain accurate training documentation including attendance records, learning resources, program updates, and reporting within the LMS or other tracking systems. • Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably. • Complete all other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Required to have Bachelor's Degree in, education, business, human resources, organizational development, instructional design or related field. • Required minimum two years of experience developing, presenting/training, and facilitating educational training programs and materials for diverse audiences in a corporate or educational setting. • Required strong facilitation and communication skills, including presentation, verbal, and written communication. • Required excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Required ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, evaluate development opportunities, and design or deliver training that meets the needs of different roles, functions and levels of experience. • Required strong critical thinking, decision-making, research, and problem-solving skills. • Required advanced proficiency using PowerPoint to create engaging training materials. • Preferred previous experience with e-learning tools, digital learning platforms, or customer-facing systems. • Preferred knowledge of adulty learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and effective teaching practices. • Preferred previous supporting onboarding programs, train-the-trainer models, or field-based learning programs. • Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening. • Demonstrated intermediate technology skills.
