Who You Are We’re looking for a Lead Architect specializing in M365 Copilot and AI integrations to help design and deliver next-generation, AI-powered solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a highly visible, client-facing role focused on building and extending Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, integrating both Microsoft and third-party systems, and shaping how organizations leverage AI in their day-to-day workflows. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for Copilot integrations • Design and implement integrations with Microsoft 365 Copilot, extending its capabilities across business systems • Build and test Copilot extensions and custom copilots using Copilot Studio • Develop and integrate solutions leveraging Microsoft Graph and external API's • Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enable intelligent, context-aware AI experiences • Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, lead technical discussions, and translate business needs into scalable solutions • Define architecture, best practices, and governance using Purview for AI-powered solutions within M365 • Ensure the right data sources and context are connected to support Copilot use cases What You Know (Qualifications) • Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio and building custom copilots or extensions • Model Context Protocol - MPC AI connectors for LLMs • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform (Power Apps – Canvas Apps) • Experience working with Microsoft Graph API and integrating with enterprise systems • Practical experience designing or implementing RAG pipelines or similar AI integration patterns • Strong understanding of API integrations (REST, authentication, data orchestration) • Proven experience in client-facing or consulting roles, including leading technical discussions • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have • Ability to translate complex ideas into practical, user-focused solutions • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits Salary range $145,000 – $175,000 depending on experience Benefits include: • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • Unlimited PTO • Professional Development budget • Company sponsored events Sound like you?
