Overview The Product Manager is responsible for guiding the development of internal tools and systems for the Development division, with a focus on AI-powered solutions and operational workflow optimization. They collect or specify requirements, manage the launch of features, and ultimately represent the business and end-users during the development process. This role helps refine and execute the product vision established by the Sr. Director of Product, developing implementation strategies for modern, efficient applications that transform existing processes. This role will work closely with engineers and other technical staff on development operational teams such as Concept Design and Survey, Energy Modeling, Financial Modeling, and Sales. Responsibilities Contribute to the product roadmap. Maintain the product backlog to maximize value creation. Manage or perform the business analyst duties of requirements development when improving or developing new features (elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation). Identify opportunities to modernize and automate data-heavy operational workflows through AI and application development. Conduct user research and usability testing to understand pain points in existing processes and gather requirements for new solutions. Manage user experience and directly collect feedback from technical staff across development operational teams. Plan and propose product development projects that transform manual processes into efficient, AI-driven workflows. Manage the launch of product improvements and new features. Collaborate with product, development, engineering, and project teams. Qualifications Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with data-heavy operational tools or internal productivity applications. Demonstrated experience transforming manual or legacy processes into modern, app-based workflows. Experience working with AI-powered features or automation tools (e.g., LLM integration, intelligent document processing, workflow automation). Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to work with technical teams and translate their needs into product requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify process inefficiencies and design solutions. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment. Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary. Experience with agile development processes. Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of product management experience. Familiarity with the energy-as-a-service sector or energy efficiency industry. Basic understanding of HVAC equipment, building systems, and energy savings methodologies. Overview **Can work remote with travel to projects in California** The Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery (SPM) will oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of a IS Delivery Project. They are responsible for managing the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, Client relationships and delivering a safe, quality outcome the meets or exceeds Company commitments. Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Lead Construction Manager. Is the key resource for the Project Executive and Vice President for all project scope to ensure code and project requirements are met. Manages the Project Budget and understands and can execute the management of the Contract delivery type - Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement. Manages and understands the requirements of the Contract, including bonds, insurance, notifications, schedules, reporting, costs and energy savings requirements. Oversees the set-up of the Project Job Management System (Procore) for all Change Management and Document Control procedures following Company SOPs. Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner to support the project schedule milestones. Lead in the Hand-off meeting from Development that establishes project goals, parameters and client expectations. Oversee the Project Team in establishment of the site utilization plan with a focus on cleanliness, access control and overall safety of our employees, client personal and public. Understands the importance of this document as a Safety and Contract Document. Oversees the establishment of the Baseline Schedule for the project with a focus on all Energy Savings requirements and milestones. Understands the importance of this document as a Contract Document. Ensures the implementation of the Project Specific Quality Assurance Plan, including proper documentation to the client and all Subcontractors / Vendors. Ensures the Change Management process on the project from RFI Affect Letters, Drawing Revisions, and Client Directives from issuance to resolution is maintained and executed with accuracy and timeliness. Ensures Agendas and Meeting Minutes from all regular project meetings with the team, Vendors and Subcontractors, and Client are created and distributed. Overview The Energy Systems Analyst is responsible for assessing building mechanical and electrical systems while performing technical on site surveys and in office analysis on assigned projects. Analysis will include participation in technical studies, investigations and development of energy efficient and deferred maintenance scope on assigned projects. Responsibilities Assists in the production of projects that are on-time, within-budget and meet the requirements of industry standards & codes and client specifications. Conducts site surveys to determine existing facility conditions either independently or with senior level staff/project manager. Assists in identifying and preparing energy efficient and deferred maintenance scope. Assists in the performing of mechanical system calculations including load calculations, ventilation schedules, etc. Interacts in meetings with internal company members as related to the project deliverables. Reviews and analyzes the designs and prepared drawings for mechanical systems for projects including duct and pipe sizing with assistance from senior level staff.
